Submission Guidelines:

We strongly prefer articles under 35,000 words (including footnotes). We ask that authors include a brief, publishable Abstract as well as a Table of Contents. Submissions must also be accompanied by the author’s Curriculum Vitae.

All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2021.)

We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 9. We anticipate closing submissions for Volume 9 by the start of September 2023.
